Benefits
- The maximum grant amount under this scheme is the motorized actual price of tricycles or Rs. 25,000/- whichever minimum per person with disabilities will be permissible.
Note: If the cost of a motorized bicycle exceeds Rs. 25,000/-, the expenditure incurred in addition to the maximum grant amount of Rs. 25,000/- will be borne by the beneficiary himself.

- Beneficiary must not be previously benefited by a motorized tricycle from the Government of India/Local Bodies/Member of Legislative Assembly Fund/MPLADS or other Government or Government funded sources.
- Applicants must have disability of 80% or more and certified by the Chief Medical Officer of the district.
Who cannot apply
If any person with a disability obtains a motorized tricycle and any associated funds free of cost by providing false information, using fake records, or any other means, the motorized tricycle and funds will be recovered as arrears of land revenue under subsection (a) (11) of section 3 of the Public Money (Recovery of Dues) Act, 1965, and the facilities/grants provided by the department will be discontinued immediately.
