Step-2: Beneficiary can get the Offline Application Form of Punjab Old Age Pension Scheme free of cost from any of the following Offices or Centre :-
- Office of District Social Security Officer.
- Office of Child Development Project Officer.
- Panchayat and B.D.P.O Office.
- SDM Office.
- Anganwadi Centre.
- Sewa Kendra
Step-3: Fill out the application form.
Step-4: Attach required documents.
Step-5: Submit the Application Form of Punjab Old Age Pension Scheme along with all the documents in the same office or
centre from where it was collected.
