The application must include an Aadhaar card, land records, permanent residence certificate, bank account details, mobile number, and, in the case of group applications, the relevant registration certificate or land availability certificate.
(In the future, the application process will be made available online through the Apuni Sarkar portal.)

Once the proposal is finalized, the concerned district officer grants approval. Pond construction work is then carried out under the supervision and technical guidance of field personnel.

Upon completion of the construction, the subsidy is transferred to the beneficiary’s account via DBT based on the completion certificate. In the case of a loan, the subsidy is transferred to the beneficiary through the bank.
